Visual IVR builder

Callers reach the right team. You draw the path once.

Drag steps onto a canvas and connect them: press 1 for sales, 2 for support, a transfer to the front desk, a closing message after hours. OVOKY runs the flow on the numbers you choose, with your opening hours and holidays.

how it works

Draw your call flow on a canvas so callers reach the right person: menus, announcements, queues, transfers, business hours and voicemail.

  1. Steps

Play an announcement, offer a keypad menu, send the caller to a queue, transfer the call, check business hours, take a voicemail or hang up. Each keypad key adds its own branch, plus branches for no input and invalid keys. A star marks where calls enter.

    • Keypad menus using 0–9, * and #
    • No-input timeout and maximum attempts per menu
    • Transfers to a number, a queue, an agent or another IVR
    • Sub-IVRs to reuse one flow inside another
  2. Opening hours

Set weekly opening hours and holiday dates on the inbound campaign. A time condition step splits the flow into open and closed branches. When you are closed, callers hear your closing message and can leave a voicemail.

    • Weekly opening hours in your timezone
    • Holiday dates that close the line all day
    • Closing message and optional voicemail when closed
    • Voicemails listed with caller, campaign and queue, ready for a callback
  3. Prompts

Every announcement, menu prompt and greeting comes from your sound library. Upload a WAV or MP3 file, or type the text and generate it with text-to-speech in 28 languages.

    • Upload WAV or MP3 recordings
    • Text-to-speech in 28 languages plus a multilingual option
    • Separate greeting and end message for voicemail steps

  • It is a way to design an interactive voice response menu by drawing it. You place steps such as a menu or a queue on a canvas and connect them, instead of writing configuration.

  • Eight: keypad menu, announcement, call queue, transfer, sub-IVR, time condition, voicemail and hang up. A transfer can go to a phone number, a queue, an agent or another IVR.

  • No. OVOKY menus use keypad input only. Speech recognition is not offered.

  • You set weekly hours and holiday dates on the inbound campaign. A time condition step sends calls down the open or closed branch. Outside hours you can play a closing message and offer voicemail.

  • Into the inbound voicemail list, with the caller's number, the campaign and the queue. From there you can play or download the message, call the contact back or schedule a callback.

  • Yes. An IVR runs on numbers you buy in OVOKY and route to your inbound campaigns. Number porting is not offered.
