Caller ID reputation

Answer rates fall quietly. Find the number behind it.

When people report a number as spam, fewer of them pick up, whether you call about a sale, a renewal or an unpaid invoice. OVOKY checks your own numbers against European spam databases, scores each one from 0 to 100 and hands you a clean list to dial from.

how it works

Check your own numbers against European spam databases and pull the flagged ones before answer rates drop.

  1. Bulk check

Paste a list, import a CSV or load all the numbers of a subscription in one click. The check runs in the background with live progress, so you can leave the page and come back to the results.

    • Paste numbers, import a CSV or load a subscription's numbers
    • Background jobs with live progress and an estimated finish time
    • Cancel a running check at any time
    • History of your recent checks, ready to reopen
  2. Scoring

Each number gets a status (safe, neutral, annoying or dangerous) and a danger score from 0 to 100, based on how many people reported it and why. Open any row to read the report categories and the comments callers left.

    • Danger score from 0 to 100 per number
    • Safe, neutral, annoying or dangerous status
    • Report counts, categories and caller comments
    • Link to the public source on single-number checks
  3. Clean lists

Download the clean numbers, the flagged numbers or everything as CSV, or copy either list in one click. Put the clean ones in your campaign caller ID pool and retire the rest.

    • Export clean, flagged or all results as CSV
    • Copy clean or flagged numbers to the clipboard
    • Check a single number from your numbers page and refresh it any time
    • Request cancellation of a spammed number from the same page

Caller ID reputation: questions

Short answers to what teams ask us most. Something else on your mind? Talk to us

  • It is how the public sees a phone number. When enough people report a number as spam or telemarketing, more of them stop answering it, and your answer rate drops even though nothing changed on your side.

  • The reputation databases OVOKY uses cover numbers from France, Belgium, Switzerland and Spain.

  • It depends on the size of the list. Checks run as background jobs with a live progress bar and an estimated finish time. You can close the page and come back, and the results stay in your check history.

  • No. OVOKY does not remove reports from spam databases. It shows you which numbers are flagged so you can stop dialing from them, move calls to clean numbers in your caller ID pool and replace the flagged ones.

  • Yes. The bulk check accepts any list you paste or import, so you can also check numbers you use elsewhere. Single-number checks from the numbers page apply to numbers on your account.
