AI voice prompts

No studio, no voice actor. Type it and it's spoken.

Write what callers should hear, choose a voice and a language, and OVOKY generates the audio: a welcome for your front desk, a menu for your support line, a closing message for the weekend. Each prompt lands in your sound library, ready for an IVR, a queue or voicemail. Prefer a real recording? Upload it instead.

how it works

Type the words, pick a voice and a language, and get a welcome, menu or closing message ready for your IVR, queues or voicemail.

  1. Generate

Type the message, pick a voice, a language and a sound type, then generate. The sound is saved to your library with the text that produced it, so you always know what each prompt says.

    • 28 languages, plus a multilingual option
    • A choice of voices for each prompt
    • Text kept with each generated sound
    • Play any sound from the library before you use it
  2. Sound library

Generated and uploaded sounds sit side by side, sorted into six types: music on hold, IVR prompt, closing message, no agent available, all agents busy and custom. Queues, IVR steps and inbound campaigns pick from the same list.

    • Music on hold, IVR prompts and closing messages
    • No-agent and all-busy messages for queues
    • Upload WAV or MP3 files up to 15 MB
    • Search and filter by sound type
  3. Bulk numbers

The same text-to-speech writes voicemail greetings for bulk numbers. Build a library of greetings, assign one to a set of numbers or to all of them, and set how long callers can speak.

    • Spoken or uploaded greetings
    • Assign to selected numbers or to every number
    • Numbers without a greeting read their own number aloud

  • No. AI voice prompts are recorded messages that play at set points in your call flow. OVOKY does not offer voicebots or AI agents that hold a conversation with callers.
