The per-user licence covers the software: the inbox, softphone, CRM, IVR, reports and the modules of your plan. Calls, phone numbers and messaging are billed separately on usage, or with an unlimited calling plan per user.
Predictive campaigns bill every dial attempt, ring and answering-machine check, so billed minutes run far above talk time. In France, unlimited at €120 per user pays off above roughly 369 billed minutes per user per working day with an even fixed and mobile mix. Use the calculator above with your own numbers.
Per second, with no minimum duration and no connection fee. Billing in 60-second increments can add a noticeable share to an invoice at the same headline rate, so compare billing increments as well as per-minute prices.
The minimum is 3 seats. You can pay monthly, or annually with 20% off. Volume pricing starts at 25, 50 and 100 seats.
One supervisor seat is included for every ten user seats. Additional supervisors use a standard seat.
Calls terminate to destinations worldwide. France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain and Canada have published per-minute rates on this page, and unlimited calling per country or for all five in one plan. Other destinations are quoted from your account's rate deck.
Usage runs on a prepaid balance in euros, topped up by card, PayPal, Mollie, crypto or bank transfer. Number purchases and SMS sends are refused when the balance can't cover them, so spending stays within what you have loaded.
