Softphone & CRM

One screen for the call. And everything around it.

Sales reps, support staff and front-desk teams dial, answer and follow up from one browser tab. The contact record is open before they say hello, and the outcome, the callback and the appointment are saved before the next call starts.

how it works

A browser softphone and a contact CRM on one screen, so your team calls, answers and books the next step without switching tools.

  1. Softphone

The softphone runs inside the page over WebRTC, so there is no desktop app to roll out. Before the first call, a short audio check tests the microphone with a live level meter, plays a speaker test and lets each person pick the right devices.

    • WebRTC softphone built into the CRM
    • Audio check with microphone meter and speaker test
    • Mute, hold and a DTMF keypad next to the contact
    • Works in desktop and mobile browsers
  2. Contact first

Inbound calls are matched to a contact by number while the phone rings, and predictive calls arrive with the dialed contact attached. The center of the screen holds four tabs: the contact form, the conversation timeline, the call script and signatures. Each person chooses the order and which tab opens first.

    • Contact form with standard and custom fields
    • One customer history for calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, chat, notes and status changes
    • Script and e-signature tabs beside the contact
    • Tabs reordered or hidden to suit each user
  3. Wrap-up

When the call ends, the disposition dialog lists your outcomes grouped by category, with call properties and a note. Schedule a callback for yourself or for the whole team, book an appointment, or choose to continue, pause or stop dialing.

    • Outcomes grouped by category, with notes and call properties
    • Personal callbacks on your own calendar, or shared with the team
    • A notification with sound when a callback is due
    • Appointments booked from the contact

Softphone & CRM: questions

Short answers to what teams ask us most. Something else on your mind? Talk to us

  • No. The softphone runs in the browser over WebRTC. Each person needs a headset and a recent browser. A built-in audio check confirms the microphone and speakers work before they start.

  • Yes, the workspace works in mobile browsers. There is no separate app to download.

  • For inbound calls, OVOKY looks up the caller's number while the phone rings and opens the matching record. Predictive calls carry the contact the dialer called, so nobody has to search.

  • A personal callback is assigned to one person and appears on their calendar. A shared callback belongs to the team and has a due time but no single owner. When a callback comes due, OVOKY sends an in-app notification with a sound.

  • There is no ready-made connector to other CRMs. OVOKY includes its own contact CRM, contacts come in by CSV import, and the public API lets you pull calls, SMS, recordings and reports into another system.
