Numbers and verification
Before numbers are assigned, OVOKY verifies your company online. Your SIRET and company officers are checked against official French registers, your VAT number against VIES, and a utility bill is matched to your address. The signed number agreement includes a French regulatory annex.

Calling costs
Pay as you go is billed per second with no minimum and no connection fee, at separate rates for French landlines and mobiles. Teams that spend the day on the phone usually choose unlimited calling per user instead, capped at five simultaneous calls per user.

Working in French
Each user picks French, English or Dutch. Phone menu greetings can be typed in French and turned into speech, and e-signature pages and emails are in French. For outbound calls, calling windows in Paris time, attempt limits and a do-not-call list help you apply French rules. Which rules apply to your calls is for you and your legal advisers to confirm.

With the Professional license at €26.20 and unlimited calling at €120, a Professional user with unlimited calling costs €146.20 per month excluding VAT. Phone numbers are the only addition.
A company verification, done online. You enter your SIRET, and OVOKY checks your company and its officers against official French registers, your VAT number through VIES and a utility bill against your address, with an ID check of the signatory where required. OVOKY reviews and approves the file before numbers are assigned.
No software can do that on its own. French rules on outbound calls cover calling hours, the number of attempts and opt-out lists, and they change over time. OVOKY gives you the tools to apply them, such as calling windows, attempt limits, a do-not-call list and recording, plus reports to check how they were applied.
